Super soft marabou feathers made arranged in a fringe and connected at the top with a satin ribbon. Super soft and fluffy. Would look great along the hem of a garment or layered up for a super dramatic all over feather look! All our trim is deadstock left over from when a designer has finished sampling their collection.
