This ex-designer fabric is a versatile poly stabiliser. It's very lightweight and semi-sheer, with a papery handle. Has a pressed-felted finish. Perfect for crafting and quilting, or for use as a non-fusible interfacing. This fabric tears very easily, and there might be some tears in the cloth. We will try to give more to compensate if so but cannot guarantee it. Price reflects this.
