This ex-designer fabric is a black neoprene fabric with lines of off-set spot cut-outs. Layers of knit fabric are boned to either side of a think foam, creating a soft and spongy fabric that can still create a nice structure. Would be great as an overlay or could even be use as a base for weaving!
