This fringe is soft and fluffy with a wool like appearance.  It is made up of fluff fibres where one end has been twisted and the other is left natural.  It is very soft and light.  Would be great on garments but also on some big puffy cushions or other home-wares!  All our trim is deadstock left over from when a designer has finished sampling their collection.
