This ex-designer fabric is a stretch twill. It's lightweight with a great drape. It has a nice stretch, about 15-20%, and feels sturdy. Feels slightly papery, but with a nice structure for tailoring projects and bottom weights!

Composition: Polyester + Acetate + Elastane* 

Stretch: Approximately 20% width-ways stretch
