This ex-designer fabric is a taffeta. Taffeta is woven with highly twisted fibres which give it a lustrous finish and sheen. It has a crisp feel and good structure, making it perfect for evening wear. The manufacturer called it a technical taffeta, but it functions like a typical taffeta, but with less of a natural hold. Lightweight and perfect for tops, bags, and dresses!
