This ex-designer fabric is a gingham. It's a poplin weave. It's lightweight, airy and only slightly sheer. It has a lovely soft cotton handle and is very versatile. Is a bit crispy as typical of a poplin. Ideal for making summery tops and floaty dresses but could also be perfect for a jacket lining!
