This ex-designer fabric is a gorgeous tulle. White sequins and beads are stitched across this white tulle. It's such a beautiful cloth, and has lovely movement when moving in the light! Medium weight and so fancy! Sheer, and has a nice structure. Perfect over a fancy dress or long jacket, or would be perfect for an evening bag or on a bridal look!
