This ex-designer neon orange tulle is super fine and has approximately 5% width ways stretch.  It woven from a network of tiny interconnecting hexagons which gives it the characteristic net like appearance.  It is very lightweight but with a nice stiffness so will hold it's shape.  It would be great as an overlay or a petticoat and could also be used in lingerie.
