This ex-designer fabric is a sumptuous velvet. It's in a rich red colour, and is incredibly soft and lovely. It has a faux-pleated top finish that give visual depth and texture. It's opaque, with such a beautiful sheen as well. Has a light pile that is wonderful to handle. Light to medium weight and with a beautiful drape and lovely movement. Perfect for a dress or even a blouse!
