This ex-designer fabric is really special! It's a black cloth with a raised, crinkly weave, and pink wavy lines across the width. It's semi-sheer and has such a plush handle! It's smooth on the reverse, and crinkle-ly on the topside. Has a great structure and natural bounce! Exquisite for a structured top or mini dress! The repeat of the pattern is
