This ex-designer fabric is a stretchy lace. It's a wavy striped design with soft, seersucker-like sections mixed with semi-sheer netted sections. Lovely medium thickness and comfortable, soft handle. A medium coverage lace design. Has about 30% length-ways stretch. Perfect for dresses or tops!
