This ex-designer fabric is an exquisite lace. It is finely corded with a unique bubble-like weave that varies in scale. Finished with scalloping and eyelash edging. It's lightweight and very delicate but has such a lovely handle. Drapes so beautifully! From top quality French lace manufacturer, Solstiss. Would make a gorgeous dress, or top overlay!
