This ex-designer fabric is a gorgeous tulle. Rich purple and blue coral reef designs are embroidered into this midnight blue tulle in medium coverage. Has a soft handle, lovely movement, and a romantic swishy feel. Lightweight and semi-sheer. The cloth could be cut out and reapplied, or be used as is for lingerie, evening wear, or an exquisite dress or top!
