This soft feather-like fringe is made up of very fine fibres woven into a tape at the top. The fringe is lightweight but densely woven so one layer has a nice coverage. These would look great around cuffs and hems, or even sewn in layers for a flapper style dress! All our trim is deadstock left over from when a designer has finished sampling their collection.
