This ex-designer fabric is a blue fishnet. It's a unique fabric, with blue fishnet fused onto a light blue polyester backing. It's not too thick, about medium weight, with a soft but crisp structure. It has a fishnet texture and handle. Great for a statement jacket or fun skirt!
