This ex-designer fabric is a sequin organza. Shiny clear sequins are woven in stripes onto this light-shifting sea glass green organza. It's really unique, with great movement and a beautiful drape. Lightweight, semi-sheer, and mesmerizing! Has a nice gentle handle. Would be perfect for a party dress or skirt!
