This ex-designer fabric is a beautiful chiffon. Black velvet stripes down the warp, with a sheer chiffon opposite. It has such a luxurious silk/viscose handle! Very slinky and semi-sheers, with an incredible drape and fantastic movement. It has a lovely shine to finish off. Would look amazing as a blouse or as the overlay of a fancy dress!
