This ex-designer trim is a sleeve head roll. Sleeve head roll is used alongside shoulder pads to give structure to the shoulders and top of sleeve. It is a light to medium weight with airy wadding and a turned over edge that is to be lined up with the seam of the crown. It nestles around inside the crown of the sleeve, sewn in by hand or machine. Great for filling out a jacket or coat project!
