This ex-designer fabric is a jacquard. It's a black jacquard, with gunmetal lurex and black wool threads woven into a textured, waffled-like weave. It's quite soft, with a wool-y feel and beautiful sheen finish that catches the light quite well. It's medium weight, and has lots of flexible structure. Opaque, feels so lovely and luxurious! Perfect for furnishing projects, or even a boxy cropped jacket or coat!
