This ex-designer trim is a bias tape. Classic white, semi sheer, with a soft crepe finish. Very lightweight. Bias Tape is a thin strip of fabric cut on the bias for binded seams, boning casings, waistbands, armhole finishing, and so much more! It's a great staple to have for unlimited uses.
