This ex-designer fabric is a cotton. It's a white base with navy and red stripes running the warp. It has a nice mechanical stretch and is opaque. It's light to medium weight with a gentle drape and super soft cotton handle. The perfect cloth for shorts, skirts, a fitted dress, or even home projects!
