This ex-designer fabric is a unique sateen. It's two layers of light but stiff cotton sateen that have been bonded together. The double layer gives it extra stiffness and an almost papery texture. It has a crisp feel and little to no drape. Would be perfect for a structured garment like a trench coat or boiler suit, as well as for accessories!
