This ex-designer fabric is a floral crepe. Black ribbons wind around red roses and green vines, with little black heart accents in this striped floral crepe. Has a crinkly crepe texture and wonderful drape. Lightweight, and perfect movement! Can't wait to see this in an Everyday Dress or Top!
