This ex-designer fabric is a really unusual jacquard fringe. White open viscose threads run widthways across the white cotton backing and can be periodically cut to create frayed sections, or kept as is. A versatile cloth that's very unique. Soft and with a poplin-like handle and drape. Light to medium weight. Would look incredible on a skirt or flowy top!
