This ex-designer fabric is a pre-pleated satin. These panels are pre-pleated and pre-cut into dress panels. It's a light to medium weight satin in a swirling design on the top, backed with interfacing, and a free fall pleating onto the bottom. They have great movement, and would be beautiful to dance in or wear for a special event! Opaque with a very smooth handle, and lovely satin sheen. They are really unique, and with two panels for some sizes, it's almost a dress ready to go!
