This ex-designer fabric is a glittering sequin jersey. Night sky navy sequins are woven into a soft and stretchy navy jersey, with about 15% stretch. The sequins can lie both ways, which gives a beautiful effect on a garment as the light catches them. This fabric would be perfect for a party dress, skirt or top!
