This ex-designer trim is a pair of shoulder pads. They are made up of a two layers of felt around several layers of shaped wadding in the centre. The layers have been basted together to easily take out the padding, to accommodate the thickness you would like. They are a large elongated triangular shape which could also be adjusted for the desired fit and effect. Perfect to add shape to the shoulder of a jacket or staple winter coat!
