This ex-designer fabric is a wool twill. In classic navy with a classic twill structure. Light to medium weight with a soft woolly handle, beautiful drape, and matte finish. From English mill Marton Mills. The perfect cloth for tailoring projects. Would be exquisite in a suit jacket or trousers!
