This ex-designer fabric is an interfacing. It has a very soft handle on the finished side, and a fusible reverse. Ultra fine and super lightweight, with a sheer finish and beautiful, easy drape. Has a bit of stretch as well, about 15%. Great to add extra support to chiffons, organza, tulle, and voiles!
